Account Security

Two-step verification is available on your account settings page. We do not store full card or UPI handle details on our servers; payment tokens are managed by the payment processor under their own security standards.

Account records are retained for the period required by applicable law and our internal audit schedule. When you close your account, transaction history is held for the statutory minimum before deletion.

These terms apply to every person who opens or uses an account on dearlottary.com. They come into effect at the point of registration and remain in force for the entire duration of the account relationship, including after any closure for transaction-record purposes.

Access depends entirely on local law in your specific state or region. You are responsible for confirming that use is lawful where you are located. We make the platform available only where local law permits such access.

Deposits via UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe are subject to the minimum and maximum amounts listed in our payment schedule. Transactions are typically confirmed within minutes; however, bank-side delays occasionally extend this window. Our terms do not override your bank's own processing rules.

Contact our support team through live chat or email within 30 days of the transaction date. Include your account ID, transaction reference, and the amount in question. We will investigate and respond with findings within 10 working days.

We notify you by email or in-account notice before material changes take effect. If you continue to use the platform after the effective date stated in that notice, you are considered to have accepted the updated terms.
